Pastor Patrick Odle - Sr Pastor
Pastor Odle is the Sr Pastor at First Baptist Church having accepted an over 99% call to this position in June of 2011. He has served on the staff at Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary in Ankeny, Iowa as Chaplain and Vice President of Enrollment and Student Life. During that time he also served as Interim Pastor in various churches. Previous to serving at FBBC&S he was the Sr Pastor for nine years at Holmes Baptist Church in Clarion, Iowa. He is sought after as a speaker at various youth and family camps and retreats across America. He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Pastoral Studies from Faith Baptist Theological Seminary and is continuing more graduate work. Pastor Odle and his wife, Ruth, have 4 children.

Pastor Dan Parker - Worship & Music
Pastor Parker coordinates the ministries of Worship and Music at First Baptist Church. He began on staff in the summer of 2002 after serving over 19 years as a music pastor in Michigan. Previous to that ministry he served at two churches in Indiana in the same capacity. He graduated from Baptist Bible College of Clarks Summit, PA with a bachelor's degree in Sacred Music. Pastor Parker and his wife Bonnie have seven children.

Pastor Dan Friesner - Chr Ed & Outreach
Pastor Friesner coordinates the ministries of Christian Education and Outreach at First Baptist Church. He has been serving in this role since September of 1999. He has served as CEd pastor in three previous churches in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. In addition to serving in the churches, he has also served with Accent/Baptist Publications and Shepherds Baptist Ministries. He graduated from Bob Jones University/ICS. Pastor Friesner and his wife Susan have four grown children, six grandsons and one granddaughter.
